‘GO WITHIN’

You may have heard the phrase, “If you don’t go within, you go without”. (If you haven't, you have now!)

But what exactly does it mean to “go within”?  Simply put, "going within" means focusing your attention inward to induce a state of deep relaxation and bliss.
